Participation is capped at 135 persons.

Please note that the visa letter will be issued only after you have registered to the conference.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
• Author registration for each paper cannot be cancelled.
• Other registrations can be cancelled only before the early-bird date of 30 June 2025, 23:59 ICT with a service charge of 20%.

Some errors that may cause the transaction to fail include:
- Incorrect card information entered.
- Payment exceeding the card's limit.
- Payment declined by the issuing bank due to an amount higher than usual transactions.
In case of a failed payment, please contact the issuing bank to confirm the purpose of the transaction if necessary.
